2. Website Information
Information is provided for general information and community engagement. Programme availability, referrals, accommodation and services may depend on funding, capacity, location and third-party arrangements.
3. No Emergency or Professional Service
This website is not an emergency response, medical, legal or counselling service. If you or a child is in immediate danger, contact an appropriate emergency or support service in your area.
4. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions supporting the Foundation's approved activities. Online payments may be processed by third parties and are subject to their terms. Tax deductibility or donor tax benefits depend on the Foundation's confirmed tax status and applicable law.
5. Partnerships
Partnerships, sponsorships, equipment donations and corporate support may require a written agreement, letter of support, attestation or due-diligence process. No partnership is final until formally accepted and, where applicable, documented in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
The Foundation's logos, branding, text, graphics and original website materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, unless otherwise stated.
7. Third-Party Links
The Foundation is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites and payment providers.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, interruption, reliance on general information or third-party acts. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory rights applicable in another jurisdiction.
